An individual with over 18 years of experience in the senior living industry successfully established five senior living communities across India. Through this experience, they observed many companies attempting to enter the industry but struggling to make a lasting impact and subsequently shutting down their senior living verticals.

Considering the projected senior population of over 319 million by 2050 and the increasing demand for senior living facilities, there is a need to bridge the gap between the number of senior living communities available and the rising demand. This individual recognized this need and ventured into senior living consulting to compassionately assist companies in scaling their senior living operations.
