My name is Sarvjeet Singh, and I am writing to explain my current family situation and the reason I provide full support to my mother despite living away from her.
Recently, my father passed away, which has placed a significant emotional and financial responsibility on our family. My mother is 82 years old, and due to her age, she requires continuous care and support. Unfortunately, my siblings are not willing to take responsibility for her, which has left me as the only person she can depend on.
Although I am committed to supporting her, I am unable to bring my mother to live with me because of legal restrictions, residency regulations, and insurance limitations in my current location. These factors prevent me from securing suitable long‑term accommodation, medical insurance, and legal residency arrangements for her.
As a result, she continues to live alone in India, and while she manages as much as she can, daily life at her age is becoming increasingly challenging. I continue to provide for her financially and emotionally from abroad, and I am actively looking for the best long-term solution for her care and well‑being.
Thank you for your understanding of my situation.
Sincerely,
Sarvjeet Singh
